Our structure
EEDA is led by a chair, board of 12 members and an executive management team.
EEDA's board includes some of the East of England's leading business people and representatives from local government, trade unions, higher education and the voluntary sector.
Our teams
The government has announced EEDA will close by March 2012. In order to manage a successful transition and closure EEDA, has organised its structure into two directorates - internal and external.
A summary of our support programmes that are still open, future delivery plans and activities which have stopped can be viewed here.
EEDA also has a chief executive's office which handles queries for Deborah Cadman, chief executive, Will Pope, chair and Marco Cereste and Sheila Childerhouse, deputy chairs.
