Our structure

EEDA is led by a chair, board of 14 members and an executive management team.

EEDA's board includes some of the East of England's leading business people and representatives from local government, trade unions, higher education and the voluntary sector.

Our teams

EEDA is organised into directorates in order to deliver the corporate plan, which is our response to the regional economic strategy (RES).

Our directorates are:

  • corporate services
  • communications
  • enterprise
  • skills and economic participation
  • strategy and development.

Within each of the directorates there is a senior management team responsible for achieving EEDA's goals in these areas.

The chief executive's office handles queries for Deborah Cadman, chief executive, Richard Ellis, chair and George Kieffer, deputy chair.
