What are our priorites and how are we doing
EEDA produces a number of publications which set out its priorities, many of which are produced in conjunction with regional partners:
East of England Implementation Plan
Internal and external performance reviews:
EEDA’s audit committee reviews the Annual Report and Accounts, meets with the National Audit Office (as external auditors), monitors the work of the EEDA Governance Team (including the performance scorecard reporting) and the internal audit service provided by Ernst & Young, monitors the implementation of the Risk Management Strategy and advises the accounting officer. Agendas, papers and minutes for this meeting can be accessed from the Publications section of our website.
Evaluation
The impact we make has been independently validated, based on an evaluation of £142 million of EEDA investment between 2002-07. Click here to read EEDA's impact evaluation.
