David Hipple

Executive director, internal directorate

David Hipple joined EEDA on 1 September 2009 as executive director, corporate services.

David is responsible for finance and project management, legal services, procurement, governance, facilities, ICT and the management of European funding schemes.

David joined EEDA from the Department for Transport where he was group finance director responsible for the business planning, budgeting and financial management for the delivery of the Department’s £15 billion spend. Prior to that, David held a number of roles at Anglian Water including finance director, director of group financial services and performance manager. David is a qualified chartered accountant.
