Working with EERA

EERA logo
The East of England Regional Assembly (EERA) is a partnership of elected representatives from the 54 local authorities in the East of England and appointed representatives from social, economic and environmental interests. Click here to learn more about EERA.

Assessing EEDA's performance

One of the things EERA is required to do is to scrutinise the policies, plans and actions of EEDA. Major new policy developments, key strategies and plans - such as the regional economic strategy and the corporate plan - are checked on by EERA before being published.

Getting together

The EEDA/EERA liaison panel meets quarterly to discuss the monitoring of EEDA's performance and how EEDA delivers programmes and projects.

Click here to browse agendas and papers for the EEDA/EERA liaison panel on the EERA website.

The integrated regional strategy

The integrated regional strategy (IRS) is being developed by EERA, EEDA and Government Office for the East of England (GO-East) to tie together different regional strategies. Everybody in the partnership is working together to achieve the same goals.
