EEDA's impact in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

In the last 11 years, EEDA has injected over £108 million directly into the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough economies. This has resulted in:

  • 2,829 jobs created
  • 15,933 people with improved skills
  • 800 businesses helped to start and grow
  • 5,235 business performance improvements
  • 9,073 people supported into employment
  • 98 hectares of brownfield land reclaimed
  • £182 million leveraged in public and private investment.

EEDA also investes in supporting businesses across the region - funding services like Business Link, Beyond 2010 and the Manufacturing Advisory Service.
