In the last 11 years, EEDA has invested over £179 million directly into the Essex, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock economies.

- 11,749 people supported into employment
- 92 hectares of brownfield land reclaimed
- £250 million leveraged in public and private investment.
EEDA also invests in supporting businesses right across the region - funding services like Business Link, the Manufacturing Advisory Service and Beyond 2010.
