Staff can bring ideas - such as technical devices, therapeutics or computer software - to Health Enterprise East (HEE), which can protect the intellectual property and assess its value. HEE has links with local companies that can turn the ideas into products, with part of the revenue going to the NHS trust and the person responsible for the innovation.
