Laptop Loan Scheme
EEDA's involvement in a scheme to bring computer skills to those who need them aims to reduce social exclusion and improve people's prospects in an employment market where computer literacy is increasingly regarded as essential.
The Laptop Loan Scheme gives people in disadvantaged or isolated areas a new link to the world of work and education.
