EEDA's board includes some of the region's leading business people and representatives of local government, trade unions, higher education and the voluntary sector.

• Will Pope
  Chair Will Pope became chair of EEDA on 1 April 2010, having been a board member since 2006. Professor Pope is an established and successful businessman who has developed innovative environmental technologies companies.
• Marco Cereste
  Deputy chair Marco is the Chair of a group of private family businesses.
• Sheila Childerhouse
  Deputy chair Sheila Childerhouse has a wide breadth of experience within the public, voluntary and community sector as well as the business sector.
• Karen Livingstone
  Board member Karen Livingstone is director of strategic partnerships at the East of England Strategic Health Authority.
