Eco-hub for disadvantaged entrepreneurs
a former stable block into an exciting, low carbon 'Eco-hub'. Comprising workspace units, meeting rooms and conference facilities, the Eco-hub will house fledgling business start ups run by disadvantaged young people living in the Southend area.
