Terms and conditions for contracts

If you are interested in any of the contracts displayed on the contracts page you can apply via our e-procurement system.

Before submitting a tender, please make sure you have:

  • read the submission instructions. These will be found in the qualifications response on the contract notice section of our e-procurement website. Late tenders, or those submitted incorrectly, may not be read.
  • answered the brief. The invitation to tender will outline exactly what your submission will be evaluated on, including the weighting applied to each of the criteria. We do not apply a score to anything outside these criteria so make sure you answer each one fully.
