Some of the leadership lessons delegates learnt from Will included:
- There may be no I in team, but there is an I in leader! You must look after yourself well to be able to stay focused, energetic and enthused and be a good leader in the long term
- Fake it till you make it - confidence builds upon its own foundations
- Try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try and try AGAIN - a no is just a delayed YES
- Enjoy seeing people rise to the top in your organisation and get them to inspire others to do the same
