To introduce myself: I am John Sargent, and I'm a member of the team which is putting Enterprise Road together. You'll get to know me, and the other members of the team, as we pick up speed on what is going to be an amazing journey.
It's an exciting time - after months of careful planning, we are almost ready to begin. We know where we want to go, and we have planned the route, but like any long journey we don't know exactly how we are going to get there. That's because we don't yet know who most of our companions on Enterprise Road will be. The experience will be defined by the people on the journey - and we hope that will include you.
You may want to join one of the Action Learning Circles, when people from a wide cross-section of organisations and backgrounds will meet to talk through the really big issues behind enterprise and what impact it can make on communities.
You may want to join us at one of the seminars in the Autumn, or the conference next Spring, when we will be sharing the thinking that develops on the journey.
You may want to be a 'virtual traveller', by signing up for the newsletter, or contributing to the blog. Whichever way you want to join us on Enterprise Road, you will be welcome!
Enterprise Road will be launched be at New Hall, Cambridge, on Friday 16 May. It will be the opportunity to hear all about the programme and meet the people behind it. Click here to find out more and book your place. I hope you can make it!
